Before you start to give these workshops to parents, there are some tips you can follow:

• Never judge a point of view that is different from yours
• Always have an open attitude
• Never force someone to do something they are not comfortable with
• If someone is translating the workshop from English to Tamil or Sinhalese for you, make sure you have good rules between you
  • Explain them the whole workshop in advance 
• Provide some tea and cookies
